  The Owala I purchased from this shop is fake. Liquids is spelled wrong on the bottom, the seals are not the same as my Owala, and the quality is not as good. I reached out immediately. The seller offered a 30% refund and then a 40% refund. I decided I wanted to return for a full refund. The seller accepted the return but then stopped responding when I asked for a shipping label. I opened a case and a shipping label was finally sent but the shipping label had my address instead of there’s.
