  Items were as described in undamaged sealed boxes. 1 of 4 ordered had a depleted battery. These devices usually have 80% or so charge in the box. I was able to plug in and charge prior to installation, so this wasn't a major issue. Seller was very fair with the price on a multiple item purchase. I will definitely add to favorite sellers list. These are very sleek devices and look great when installed. SwitchBot makes quality products which integrate well with Home Assistant via Bluetooth.
