Picture looks a lot like HexClad however it it DotClad. I thought I was buying HexClad so be careful as I should have read the description better. I haven't used the pan just yet but I hope it works as well as HexClad. Quality appears to be great, arrived in perfect condition. For now it's 5 stars. As for communication I did send a question and did not receive a reply.

I bought three boxes of the same coasters. two different purchases. first purchase they sent me a tracking number that was not associated with my name or address. talked to them and they eventually sent the package ordered. so gave them another chance and bought two more packs of same one pack was sent quickly so quick that I got the package before I even got the tracking number that again didn't match my address or order. reached out and still order not complete
