  This convertor arrived on date given.Brand new and neatly packaged.There was a note from seller to ensure that convertor was charged with USB cable provided and also assured to get in touch if there was any problem. Unfortunately we could not get it to work on the ps2 to the new tv . Got in touch with seller and as we couldn't solve problem ,I was offered a complete refund ! They can't be any fairer than that so I would recommend this seller very highly, most helpful and great communication.
