    The item was a really great price. Sadly, USPS was really rough with the package and the item arrived damaged. The seller was very responsive and very helpful and issued a refund quickly once we both determined the item was inoperable. Thanks for making, what could have been a very frustrating, transaction go about as smooth as possible under the circumstances.

    Unit was sent USPS Ground to Hawaii & took about a month to arrive. Unit received in a damaged box which resulted in the unit being damaged in the back. Contacted seller immediately. After determining that the unit was not working properly due to the damage to the sound input area, the seller promptly refunded. Very good communication throughout the situation. Would definitely buy from this seller again. Seller is respectful, has integrity, and was very responsive to messages.

    The Keurig coffee maker was nonfunctioning upon arrival. I immediately contacted the seller and tried to resolve this issue before returning. The machine was unable to brew a single cup of coffee. It appeared new as described but there was evidence of liquid in the drip trap which I told the seller about. It was returned in the same condition as it arrived. The seller then tried to dispute the return saying it was in a different condition than how it was shipped, compelling me to leave feedback.
