  BE AWARE: Sylvane is one of the few sellers on ebay that makes the BUYER PAY for return shipping. Archaic rules. After I paid for return shipping (170$!) They took friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, to issue a refund after telling them multiple times I suffer from diabetes and am currently in a heat wave in NYC. I had to hound them, to get my refund. They showed zero empathy, zero concern. They also DO NOT respond to messages. I highly recommend other ebay sellers with free return shipping.
