    Item listed for $6.99 with a make offer tab, sent an offer of $5.99 which seller declined and immediately listed the item for $7.99. I won't go negative as the item is in fine shape and it's exactly what I was looking for (it's replacing a worn out one that my grandson just loves) However, I find the listing with a make an offer button and the declining and raising the price a bit of an unsavory business practice.
