Especially when sellers behavior, e/mail the consumer about their products, showing real concern. Name of the sellers on e/Bay should be name, "The good neighbor merchant". From time of purchased of the item, till the item finds its new home, the consumer is aware of the location. The real concern of the seller is inherited from the real concern of the company "eBay"
