  Not in a box which was one of the biggest reasons I made the purchase. I paid for two 60 count applicators and received 60 but was informed I received what I ordered. There is a possibility the seller does not realize that Amazon sent only half of what I ordered. I was informed that I could receive a partial refund and keep the applicators or get a full refund as long as I pay the return shipping for something that is NOT as described.   Item was NEVER received. I tried working with seller and they provided “proof” it had been which was a picture of someone else’s house and a package (plastic bag) much too small to contain all I had ordered.
