    Received the item broken the gun barrel broken of. The box was damaged probably in the postal system. I contacted the seller immediately and provided a picture as yet 11 days on still no response from the seller. I expect buy putting the truth and a poor review on here they might contacted me?

    It looks good, but the rope snapped as I tried putting it into it's stand. I wasn't looking for a refund just advising the seller, and their response was, we've never had issues before and it was checked when dispatched. Like I was lying. Great customer service, NOT

    The customer claimed he wasn't looking for a refund, yet has left us negative when he broke the item. He was saying maybe I should revise the design. I just explained that in 20 years I'd not been aware of the rope snapping after delivery. They are dispatched in boxes and checked carefully. So I won't revise the design. All of our products are tested thoroughly before going on sale. I have a feeling I would not have received a negative had I just refunded, rather than acknowledging his advice.
