  I was so excited this seller worked with me to reach a good deal on this lamp. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the shade was broken into many pieces. As disappointed as I was, the seller was extremely understanding and agreed to a refund. I understand shipping is a risk, but doesn’t help much with the disappointment factor when something arrives damaged. The seller was great at communication and understanding.
