    Horrible experience with this seller who blatantly lied and falsely listed items they never intended to sell at the price listed they have horrible customer service and extremely slow or no response to questions or concerns I will never buy another product from Swann in the future I will actually be removing the rest of the items I own from them and be proceeding with any other manufacturer I find based on this transaction I gave them a chance to do the right thing and ship the products!!!!!!!!.

    Terrible experience with Swann Security USA! Items purchased, NO Tracking information, NO response when inquiring of items purchased, wasted time expecting items which never arrived. Wasn’t until EBay intervened and ultimately received a refund. Would never purchase from this seller again.

    I have contacted the seller on 7/23/25, 7/25/25, and 7/28/25. I received only 1 reply from Swann on 7/24/25 and and I replied on 7/25/25 and asked for the status the delivery and requested they cancel the order if they could not ship the swann camera by the next business day. I haven't heard anything from Swann since 7/24/25. Today it is 7/31/25 6:20pm CST still no swann camera, tracking info, or response.

    I promised customer to install for them this Saturday 04/13, Swann promised to delivery item to me between 04/09-04/12. Didn’t see any tracking number, sent them a message and Swann responded it still in process fulfillment and will let me known. Customer cannot wait! They cancel my order if I can keep up my contract!
