Unfortunately the lid to the palette was broken so now the front and back can’t hold it together much less closed. However the seller isn’t at fault. It was wrapped carefully and lock tight! So I believe it was broken in transit. Not the sellers fault. It got here very quickly and I love the palette. Thank you so much.

Thanks for letting me know that the palette arrived damaged and apologies for the issue. Since the palette was sealed from the manufacturer, we had no way to tell the item was damaged, despite my thorough wrapping, until you received it. So, I appreciate that you left positive feedback given the situation. I issued a full refund to you for the palette since it's difficult to use when broken and you shouldn't have to pay for an item that's not working as expected. Thanks again!
