    Seller sold me the wrong item. I read previous reviews and was super nervous I would have to open a case with eBay but I gave the seller time to respond and they refunded my money with no issues. They didn't communicate the best but they still were willing to refund my purchase due to their error and for that I'm appreciative and giving them positive feedback.

    The item arrived in good time. The condition of the box was fair but was a little tattled for wear. At first I wondered if this was a used item. I had ordered a new hair dryer, so I hoped that the item received would be brand new. The box indicated that this was a 2200 watt machine, but there was a small tag on the box indicating that it was, in fact, 1875 watt. I turned it on and it seems to be working just fine. I do hope that this will be the case. This is my first purchase from this seller.

    Item was ordered on Sat (3/3) and shipped Monday (3/5). It was delivered on 3/10. The condition was not “New” like the item listing indicated. It came in the original packaging, but was dusty and the case was cracked (see photos). Perhaps this was originally an open box return or something. I wouldn’t have minded if it was not “New” but was not expecting it to be damaged. I’m only not giving “Negative” Feedback because I basically just paid the price of shipping + tax for this.
