  While Royal Mail appears to have let us down on this occasion and not deliver the key ring, I'm pleased to give positive feedback as Marg quickly responded to my concerns, even while she was away. Marg offered to send another one to me on her return. I would have been happy to do this but I decided to ask for aa refund which Marg processed quickly and with no quibble. Happy to say that I have had a positive experience and would be happy to purchase items from Marg in the future

  Although I gave a negative feedback originally it was my mistake that I thought the seller had sent the incorrect item which wasn’t the case also I’d like to point out that the listing was postage free I had to pay a surcharge of £1.50 due to insufficient postage hence only one star in that category.
