Given they pack the orders by hand it's hard to see how this could be an accident. The seller did not respond for several days when messaged to ask about the missing items. I chose this option over a cheaper one because of positive reviews. Shipping was very slow. Do not make the same mistake, very poor customer service, deception about the items included. Do not buy here, choose a trust worthy seller!

Do recommend Vendor inspect items, because one utility pouch lost a snap for attachment (but, no problem as I used a ALICE Clip to replace the snap). Have written vendor about missing pieces of package. No reply yet. Especially didn't get the two grenade pouches. Overall, satisfied, but I ordered a 20 piece set and received only 11 pieces. The vendor is good though and will fix it I expect.

Unfortunately, communication was lacking during the purchase process, but the return process was extremely easy and flawless. This seller has very positive feedback, which appears well earned, and I don't feel that the item I received was a reflection on the seller. It's just one of those purchases that didn't work out as expected but was made right immediately. A+

Biggest issue was he printed the shipping label within a day or two of the purchase but didn’t physically take the item to the post office until a week later.
