I have contacted this seller on this item but to no avail. I had purchased this mouse with the intent of getting a bluetooth mouse as described on the description in two places for the item. Once I received the item and unpackaged it, I tried to connect the mouse to me desktop but it would not. After much further review, this mouse is NOT a bluetooth capable mouse to begin with. Items should be what they are described as when selling.

Hi, Nowhere does it say its a bluetooth mouse. It is a WIRELESS mouse so it uses a USB adapter that comes with it to connect. You should research products more clearly and carefully before buying it. This is clearly your error.
