The seller recommended purchasing the size I wanted and returning this pair through the eBay returns process. Annoying that eBay deducts return postage and makes you use RM (which is more expensive than InPost/Collect+/Evri etc), but I guess that's the risk you take when buying shoes online. Otherwise, the seller is great and I'd recommend.
