    The supplier 'Supplied by us' is refusing to accept the description of this item does not fit the purpose for which it was bought. It does not fit the franking machine in question. They insist it does (with no proof whatsoever and they're wrong). I wish to have my money refunded and to return the faulty goods. The picture on their site is different to the cartridges supplied. They are breaking the Trades Description Act and are at fault. Please could eBay step in and help.
