I ordered a couple of glass adapters. They arrived on time however one of them was completely smashed. Clearly not the sellers fault as they both came really well packed. I’m pretty certain that the damage would have occurred in transit after all, my purchase is made of glass. I sent the seller a couple of pics of the package and broken adapter just to let them know, not asking for anything. They responded by sending me a FREE replacement. GREAT PRODUCTS! GREAT COMPANY!
