    I've been buying from this company for the last few years and they're always on point for the most part. The quality of the Superworms are always solid, they arrived in perfect condition, not a single DOA! Best Value I've found 100%! My only complaints are first off I can't get the seller to respond to me which really bothers me, and my last order was supposed to be medium (1-1 1/2") they are mostly smalls most are 3/4" which is to small for what I'm feeding so I'm pretty upset about that!

    I recommend 100%. I have always recieved good healthy bugs from this company. This last delivery was bad, many were dead we didn't know why. We contacted the company and as soon as they knew the situation they resent my entire order and it was here 24 hours later healthy as always. I can't say how much it means to have a company live up to their word. My reptiles are happy and so am I. I'm thankful to know I have breeders of feeders who look out for their customers.

    Shipment was over a week late, when it arrived the lid was off in the box and almost half the worms had escaped through a hole in the box. Seller never responded when I messaged them about the shipment being late or when I messaged about the missing worms and damaged box. I won't be using them again. No communication at all. Very disappointed.
