  Although the product didn’t work for my needs I bet you will not find a better seller to buy from for this type item and the shipping was super fast I ordered on Friday evening from Tennessee he shipped from California and it was here Monday morning now that’s fast so go ahead and give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

  Firstly, I do have to say the shipping is quite fast. Unfortunately, what the description states doesn't inform the buyer about having to not only pay for the box, but then it requires you to pay your first monthly payment before the 3 day trial is over or your box gets deactivate and then you are required to text or email them to fix it. So far I'm happy with the internet service, but I do however, wish this information was disclosed before purchasing.

  we aplogize customer didn't get chance to read the auction description before purchasing but no worries, we helped the customer synced their full data service to their service after explaining that data for full month is needed after the 3 day trial is expired as described on auction listing

  I had to return the MR1100 T-Mobile internet device because my download speeds were not very good. I communicated this to the seller and they told me the return shipping was free (and this is also clearly stated in the listing) and I needed to start a return on Ebay, which I did. I received a notice that my return item had been and received and refunded. The refund was minus an $8.24 return shipping fee! I contacted the seller, again, and was told that there was nothing they could do.

  100% not true at all, we refunded 100% of the ebay order as we did, we looked everywhere if there was even a option to refund $8.24 that EBAY charged the customer not us, we did not charge the customer $8.24 , IF ebay charged the $8.24, customer need to contact ebay to ask why they got charged the $8.24 , Customer LIED, WE did NOT say there is nothing we can do, we emailed customer back tell them that we will send message to ebay about the $8.24, customer is just angry person
