  The earrings arrive well packaged and on time as advertised. They looked even better than the photos. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the clasp which I explained to the seller, who was quick to respond and offered advice and was happy to offer a replacement. I wanted these for a birthday gift and wouldn't have received the replacement in time and was offered a full no quibble full refund immediately. I would have no hesitation in buying from the seller again 10/10
