Item description was inaccurate (no backlight or HDMI output) but seller responded immediately with multiple remedial options.     The seller used prompt shipping, and my item was packaged quite well (inside of a bubble mailer, surrounded in shipping paper, inside of a box). My item arrived in the condition it was described to be in. My only issue is that it (an Asus Chromebox CN60) required an OS Repair to be properly functional, but I have since changed the OS entirely (as I originally intended), so that was only a temporary issue.
