    This seller sent me a message saying that items were damage after they moved warehouses.That is honest and fine and I would review them well for that but the reasoning they put on eBay is that I requested a cancellation ,the seller lied. They should have been honest I would have understood the truth, liars can't be trusted.

    Hi there, I’m really sorry about this. We recently moved to a new warehouse, and a lot of our stock was unfortunately damaged during the move. We've been working hard to take everything down from eBay, but with so many different parts, it’s been a bit overwhelming and taking more time than I hoped. I’ve processed your refund and again, I’m truly sorry for the trouble. I'm doing my best to catch these listings before they sell, but sometimes a few slip through. Thanks

    This buyer sent me a message saying they don't know where the item is and that they had to refuse the sale. That is honest and fine and I would review them well for that but the reasoning they put on eBay is that I requested a cancellation and lied. I had to not sell (cancel) an item before because I misplaced it, but never did I say the customer was at fault. They should have been honest I would have understood the truth, liars can't be trusted.
