    Package WAS NOT recieved in good condition, the item was to heavy for how the seller packed it. Packaging was busted open and small parts were missing , like retainers , Bolts Washers, Nuts, etc. Banding straps were put on side to side , BUT THERE WERE NO STRAPS TO SECURE THE ENDS OF THE BOX !!!! Only a couple pieces of packing tape was applied to secure the ends of the box !!!! ( THEN ON TOP OF ALL THAT ) , The seller never reads his email communications before responding NOR the pictures !

    After posting my initial review, the seller reached out and tried to make things right. They asked me to take pictures of the issue so they can revise what they were selling. I initially ignored the email however they kept reaching out willing to do a refund, offer a credit and so on.... This was great customer service. I truly appreciate them reaching out to make things right. I will be buying from them again. They are a great seller!!!

    Item is good. Seller ad says ships from Hawthorne, Cali. Tracking showed mailed from Chino, Cali. Seller info says based in China. You never know where an item is coming from these days on Ebay. Item should not take more than 3-5 days if only going 300 miles California to Arizona if seller is truthful and has some sense of urgency. Visors are good and fit and finish are above average. Thanks.
