  The packaging was very good to protect my purchase. The necklace exactly as described by the seller and very lovely, I am really pleased with it. I was happy with the price I paid. It didnt arrive when expected and I contacted the seller who was very helpful and contacted Evri regarding this. I t wasnt the sellers fault it was late, but he sorted it for me asap.

  Glasses in "as new" condition as described. Really well packed. After placing the order I noticed it was Evri delivery so asked if I would be able to use their app to divert to local shop (Evri not good in this area). Seller replied quickly and said that shop pickup had to be done when ordering but could either cancel the order and I could buy again or change to Royal Mail for no extra charge.I chose Royal Mail and package arrived quickly and in excellent condition. First class service!
