  The item never was delivered. After several contacts with the seller the response was typically the same. Wait a few more days , wait a few more weeks, we will reship it will take 3 weeks. I gave the seller a chance to refund my money before I filed an EBay claim. Same response. I was even asked at one point to check with customs and my local post office. Based on what information? A shipping label was created by whatever 3rd parting shipping operation this seller uses and was never received.
