    Unfortunately I received an item that was non-functional. It was a sealed item so there's no way the seller could have known. After contacting the seller, they were quick to resolve the matter in a very nice way. Otherwise, the packaging was great and shipping was quick. Overall the experience and customer service was excellent.

Although the seller shipped it very soon after order, the USPS was quite slow in getting it to us. It took 10 days and, since it was a Christmas present, we were concerned it wouldn't make it here in time, but it was delivered midday on 12/24.
