  Bought and paid for this on Aug 25th, it finally shipped on Sept 23rd. Contacted the seller several times, very little response from them. They finally shipped it after I filed a claim with e-Bay and after I already purchased another similar item. Will not buy from again.

  Seller was very friendly and seemed happy to answer all of my questions before I made my purchase. Overall, the packing was done well and about 97% arrived in very good condition. A handful of jewel cases were cracked during the shipping process, but that’s expected for an order of this size. So far I’ve sorted through half my shipment, and I’d say I’ve received an acceptable amount of resellable releases and even a handful of gems. Looking forward to future transactions!   Completely random, as the description states, and all disks are in good to like-new condition.The listing said they'd throw in extras, and I ended up getting 15 extra over the 200 I ordered. Obviously, when shipping this quantity some broken jewel cases is to be expected, but I was happy to see that no major damage occurred. Order shipment was delayed by bad weather, and when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond and updated me on the status within 12 hours or so.

  Seller wasn’t responsive when shipping was delayed. No cordial follow up or explanation. Had to ask ebay for a refund. Refund granted. Customer service from superbuys21 was 0. I understand sometimes things get delayed, but the lack of communication, the lies and the understanding, I d never recommend this seller again.
