I got my package excited to put the roof spoiler on just to find out it’s not even smoked black it looks like a really dark blue + the fitment is off and it came scratched!! .the description and photos of the product are misleading when I asked the seller for a refund he offered me 10$ and I payed 50$….. Vendor sent incorrect visors for car, when attempted to have them send corrected visors they have indicated that they want the buyer to provide pictures of their erroneous product. Vendor has pictures of correct placement of the visors needed on their web site as samples. When indicated they would not acknowledge that they could do that.. To return they wanted the entire package in perfect conditioning even the wrapping that the visors arrived in. Ebay has been contacted

When you claimed that we shipped incorrect product, it would only be reasonable for us to request pictures of the package and the product that you had received. Despite we have repetitively told you that we'd be able to help you if you could take the requested pictures, your unwillingness confuses and complicates a simple case. In addition, not sure why you'd have problem with returning the product in good condition but per eBay policy we request everything to be returned in the exact condition.

Took weeks to ship. Seller sent the wrong item. For a F30 3 series instead of a G20. Communication with the seller was terrible, they also asked me on multiple occasions to close my return case with ebay before they would send me the correct item. Ebay advised me not to close it before they resolved the issue. Initially they said they would send the correct item when they received the return. They lied about that, after issuing my refund I was blocked from purchasing from them.
