    Experience with the transaction, especially packing, was positive, however, I ended up being charged twice for the item. Ebay's Policy on Offers is to request a primary payment and a secondary should the primary not work. Well, my PapPal Account was charged $27.65 on 03/12. and my Amex Card was charged $27.65 on the same day. I request a refund of one of these charges, Thank you!!!
