  Very Disappointing – Damaged Item and No Support. The mouth tape arrived damaged & unusable. The packaging was poorly done—the tape package was already opened, left exposed in the shipping bag, and held together with just one piece of packing tape. Tape was crinkled and creased, making it impossible to use properly. Tape is also very small. Contacted seller & received no resolution. The lack of communication and customer service is frustrating.
