I waited a few days to leave feedback until I cooled off. Item came in a destroyed box. It was late because shipper used UPS. It sat at a hub for 24 hrs. Then another 11 hrs. before they delivered it after it got put on a truck. It took 8 days while other items I ordered the same day and needed came by USPS in 5 days. UPS then delivered to the wrong door by throwing the package over a chained gate. Shipper needs to ship via another method.

They were the wrong parts but it could have been my error. Took a long time to get,for some reason UPS couldn’t deliver to my address where I get numerous packages a month and had to send it to a different address.
Again…none of this I believe was any fault of the seller. They were very responsive. Highly recommend

The item I received was not as it was described, and failed almost immediately upon installation. That being said the seller was very understanding and apologetic, and even offered me a refund without having to return the item. This vendor did the right thing when confronted with a less-than-optimal situation and that kind of conduct goes a long way in this day and age.
