    Sent me a fake bag. I want my money back. Criminal behavior. Reporting this transaction. You should be ashamed. Store should be shutdown. Truly a terrible way to conduct business. Give me my money back asap!!!!! The bag is pleather not leather as listed and it doesn't even appear authentic remotely. It smells like plastic. It is made of poor materials and they knew what they were doing. It was intentional. No tags were with it because of its inauthenticity. The value is zero.

    Buyer just wanted something for free! My ratings are 98.5 positive. My items are not fake! Buyer will be refunded after I received my bag back!
