  I purchased the Thinkpad T14s Gen 2i laptop. It was well packed and came as described. Everything worked as it should except for the right side USB A port which was worn out. I contacted them and received an immediate answer. They offered a generous partial rebate. I asked for a smaller amount, but they still gave me more than I asked for. I then ordered the part, installed it, and now it works great. I was very impressed with the customer support, their quick response, and generosity.

  The laptop I ordered arrived very quickly, almost 3 days before the estimated date. It was packaged great and arrived in great condition. They were also very quick to answer my questions before the purchase. The laptop's specs were exactly as listed. Just as described, there are very minor scuffs here and there on the outside, but the screen is in perfect condition, all the keys work, and everything else has been perfect so far. Was well worth the money and I'll be ordering from them again.

  Laptop looks good! Performs well. Was a bit dirty but not too bad. Great value! It arrived as described. The packaging was also pretty good and protected the laptop well. Shipping was relatively quick too. Easy purchase! After making a mistake with my first purchase, the customer support ended up rectifying the situation. They are a bit slow with responses though.

When it comes to what you get vs what you see, I'll say 4/5 because the description of the product does not match what the seller specified; not because the seller lied, but it looks like the product description is outdated. If I where you, believe to the seller's description, not the product description. The value is 5/5 because it does what's intended flawlessly and it looks like new.
