  I purchased the Thinkpad T14s Gen 2i laptop. It was well packed and came as described. Everything worked as it should except for the right side USB A port which was worn out. I contacted them and received an immediate answer. They offered a generous partial rebate. I asked for a smaller amount, but they still gave me more than I asked for. I then ordered the part, installed it, and now it works great. I was very impressed with the customer support, their quick response, and generosity.

  I am extremely happy with my new (to me) laptop! The item was packed perfectly in a bubble type envelope and there was no damage to the device from shipping. The laptop is actually in better condition than described and as shown in pictures- some of what I thought was scratches in the pictures were actually small pieces of dust that came right off. I was so happy to find an essentially new computer. The price was incredible for a preowned business machine. Would definitely buy from seller again!

  Well packaged, described as "very good" and was at least that (only found a couple minor scratches), value was AMAZING with the ebay + store coupon. Shipping was not a good experience, item sat unnecessarily at UPS distribution center a few miles away for over 48h. However, that's not the seller's fault, they shipped it quickly after order went through. Would do business again.
