    I purchased the Thinkpad T14s Gen 2i laptop. It was well packed and came as described. Everything worked as it should except for the right side USB A port which was worn out.     The laptop I ordered arrived very quickly, almost 3 days before the estimated date. It was packaged great and arrived in great condition. They were also very quick to answer my questions before the purchase. The laptop's specs were exactly as listed. Just as described, there are very minor scuffs here and there on the outside, but the screen is in perfect condition, all the keys work, and everything else has been perfect so far. When it comes to what you get vs what you see, I'll say 4/5 because the description of the product does not match what the seller specified; not because the seller lied, but it looks like the product description is outdated. If I where you, believe to the seller's description, not the product description. The value is 5/5 because it does what's intended flawlessly and it looks like new.
