As a former mortgage loan officer that saw his business go down the drain when mortgage rates and home prices went through the roof starting in 2022, I started to look for other ways to support my family and earn an additional income. So what started out as a hobby for me and my wife Trina back in 2005, has now turned into a full fledged business that we could not be more proud.

AI Descriptions and using another seller listing for details is nice but it doesn't really describe what you personally are selling and can be confusing to the buyer.
