    Item listed as NEW, item came WITHOUT the APC PRINTED TEST report, I ordered a NEW one from B&H, the run time from this seller that was sent was 45 minutes, the NEW one from B&H was 111 minutes and came with the PRINTED REPORT. So if you want a full capacity NEW battery this is not the seller you should buy from. I will never buy from him again. I know now why he does not accept returns. He waisted my time and money.
