    Seller scammed me - first the listing was for expedited shipping - received almost in a week. Second the most importantly, I received an open box item, it's not new. Looked like they went through the box first to find if there was a secret labubu. I am not sure how these scammers are running business in eBay. I am asking for refund.

    SCAMMER! SCAMMER!!! Stay away!!! Listing was for 12, seller sent only 2, then wouldn't give any partial/proportionate refund. Counting on buyers not interested in dealing with return process due to low dollar value. WRONG TRACKING INFORMATION provided, seller wouldn't correct. Just an Amazon reseller masked as an eBay seller.

    Received my labubu in the mail today. The box that it was shipped in was sealed. Opened box and found the labubu was open already, bag crinkled like it’s been thrown away, and the labubu is NOT authentic. Fake as can be. Do not buy from this seller. They will send you fake labubus. Shipping also takes weeks.

    Post said authentic labubu figurine. It was not. The authenticator was missing, the box was already open, the product card didn't match the product. Seller offered a partial refund, then returned the whole product without sending a return label. Seems like they knew it was not authentic.
