    The item I received was completely different from the quality shown, and the packaging had already been opened. The box was crushed, and the product inside (ointment) was also dented. It felt unpleasant as I couldn’t tell if it had been used. This was the worst transaction ever. They didn’t even respond to the messages I sent. Not even worth giving a star.

    No compren con este vendedor, los artículos nunca llegan, dure casi 2 meses esperando un medicamento "URGENTE" para mi madre, y ahora me dice que no va a llegar, que no sabe que pasa con el paquete, y que me van a regresar el dinero, cuando le pregunto en cuanto tiempo, el vendedor no responde, igual cuando pregunte por el paquete tardo días en contestar, el peor servicio que puede haber, pondré reporte, no es justo tener que volver a esperar tanto tiempo y no tener el producto.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The order was placed on dec 20th, and was shipped out on Dec 22nd. Once the package is at shipping facility, we do not have any control over it.
