  Terrible seller. Ordered a cake topper for my Daughters Bday, 2 weeks before it was needed and it never arrived despite chasing up a week before to check it had been sent. No response to any of my messages. Had to order elsewhere in a panic! Would not recommend. As someone else has said, would leave 0 stars but that isn't an option!

  Seems to be a fairly good quality item. I've not used it yet,but from appearance and feel it seems okay . I'm going to be using it for a customer's cake so hopefully it will go on easily without issue. Seller communication was good in terms of receiving a response after the weekend and the bank holiday. However the response was rather curt in my opinion . It had the information I needed but absolutely no friendly customer service "voice."

  Very disappointed, I never received my item (cake topper for child birthday), it was supposed to be delivered 3 days before the day that I need it and never arrived. No response from seller on my messages, at least answer back that you are unable to proceed my order so I can buy from another seller. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't give even 1 star but there is no option for 0 stars!

  I ordered this item with plenty of time for my son's birthday, it didn't arrive when expected and all messages to the seller have been ignored. I had to order from another place and pay extra for fast delivery because it didn't arrive. Very angry and I haven't received a refund.
