  The item was damaged during transit but it was no fault of the seller. He refunded money immediately and I don't think that any eBayer has ever responded to my messages faster. This is an excellent eBayer! I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

  Shipping and handling was very quick but we did end up receiving one of the the speakers with minor damage that seemingly occurred during transit. I do think the packing could have been done with more protective materials like bubble wrap, but the item functions well and as described. Also when the issue was brought up to the seller, they did offer a reasonable compromise and solution (that we decided not to proceed with just out of the inconvenience).

  Item was poorly packaged and slightly damaged in shipping. I sent a message to them and did not hear back. Fortunately the damage was minor and on the back of the unit, but I would not buy from this seller again.
