  Shipping and handling was very quick but we did end up receiving one of the the speakers with minor damage that seemingly occurred during transit. I do think the packing could have been done with more protective materials like bubble wrap, but the item functions well and as described. Also when the issue was brought up to the seller, they did offer a reasonable compromise and solution (that we decided not to proceed with just out of the inconvenience).

  The item arrived very quickly, was well packaged and even came with a full cylinder. Teh Soda Stream looks like new and even though I already have a Soda Stream that I use daily, I wanted this one for the design. It just looks great, but it also works extremely well. I highly recommend this seller and will buy from him again. Thanks a lot.
