  Shipping was pretty fast. The heat pack was still warm. I purchased 2 plants and both made it unharmed. I'm pleased. However, I will say that I wish the pictures posted on the silver heart were updated. I purchased this based on viable nodes and unfortunately the top of runner was yellow, so I've probably lost a good 1-2 inches. Not a huge deal though. Other than that, communication was responsive. I would 100% purchase from this store again.
