  I purchased two patches from this business back in December. My items were never delivered although this was a USPS issue I reached out to the seller in hopes I could get a refund or have the same patches re delivered to me. Sue provided me with no solution and poor customer services. 25 dollars down the drain.

  I shipped items to the address given on the order. The USPS tracking shows the item delivered to his mailbox. He claims his box was compromised. The post office never returned anything to me. I can't re-send what I don't have and I can't be expected to issue a refund when the tracking shows that delivery was successfully made. Not my problem you have a bad address. Sorry for your inconvenience but I have done everything that I am required to do on a sale.
