Tray tabs to hold in position were broken off during shipping and no divider was included. I messaged the seller and was instantly offered a $30 refund for the mistake. Great deal as no stores sold this for less than $199 (Dick’s, Academy, Scheels, etc). There was no tracking info which was weird. Only the tracking number with no updates until it showed up at my door. There was no shipping label on the box and showed a label for a return order at the Dicks sporting goods near my house. Kind of weird, but the bag is brand new with the tag as advertised.

Very suspicious transaction, no tracking information provided until day of delivery. Shipped FedEx with someone else’s name but my address on the package…return address said Dick Sporting Goods. Product was in perfect condition but lacking original product manufacturing packaging. Item was in new condition but didn’t have the protective film on the item as they come new from Yeti, but did contain the hang tag from Yeti. Overall I’m happy with the purchase but suspicious of the background story
