    Was not a great value. Console arrived not packed well and drive would not open without banging the console. Seller blamed it on shipping. I call BS. Seller knew it was like that and didn’t disclose. Was not as described. Will not be buying from seller ever again.

    We offered a complete refund but chose to keep the item insisting you get a partial refund, we complied with against our better judgement. You contradicted yourself-you do not believe the item was damaged in transit but that it was poorly packaged? We love our customers and go out of our way for them without exception.We did the same for you, even sending you the original power cord that was not part of the auction.You wanted a bigger partial refund but we declined asking you to return instead.
