  The condition of the unit when unpacked appeared to be used but I went ahead and unplugged my board and put it in but could not get my unit to come on so I checked the fuse and it was shot so I took the fuse out of my board and put it in and it shot no sooner than the unit was plugged back in so to no avail I believe the unit was used seller sold it stating it was new and when confronted he said well it was supposed to be kinda like he knew it wasn’t he did offer to send me another one
